Lisa Erickson has worked at Alaska Growth Capital since 2017. Previously, she worked in consumer and commercial lending for nine years. She was born and raised on Kwajalein, in the Marshall Islands. Erickson participated in the American Sign Language Interpreter Training Program at Spokane Falls, and studied Computer Science at University of Alaska Anchorage.
Frances Sumulong has worked at Alaska Growth Capital since 2007. She has over 25 years of experience in the lending industry, starting as a Credit Reporter for the Credit Bureau of Alaska in 1979, and also working as a Commercial Loan Processor at various lending institutions. Sumulong has a degree in Psychology, Guidance, and Counseling from St. Scholastica’s University in the Philippines, where she was born and raised. She is a lifetime member and volunteer with Worldwide Marriage Encounter.
Jennifer McLay joined Alaska Growth Capital in 2013 as a commercial loan officer. McLay has over 25 years of experience in the financial services industry and was a business and commercial lender for Wells Fargo Bank prior to joining Alaska Growth Capital.
