About Corks & Hops
Corks & Hops LLC is a food, beer, and wine establishment that opened in 2020 in Eagle River, Alaska. The business was founded by Jason Hemphill, who has extensive experience in the restaurant and alcohol beverage industries. Jason wanted to bring his experience to his hometown of Eagle River and provide a unique and upscale environment that specializes in wine and food pairing. Corks & Hops also offers a private room for banquets, special events, and wine tastings. Corks & Hops has a menu that changes seasonally as they have access to different local ingredients throughout the year and they take pride in making everything from scratch.
AGC Services Provided
In 2020, Alaska Growth Capital provided an SBA loan to Corks & Hops to provide working capital; allowing them to purchase equipment and inventory.
