About Triverus
Founded in 2001, Palmer, Alaska-based Triverus has pioneered high-efficiency outdoor surface cleaning equipment that is used by the U.S. military. Additionally, Triverus provides a cleaning and surface pollution prevention technology for airports, local governments, parking garages, and marine dry-dock operations. Triverus’ innovative cleaning technology was originally developed through the Small Business Innovation Research (SBIR) program when the company responded to a solicitation from the U.S. Office of Naval Research and Naval Sea Systems Command Carderock Division. Triverus’ Mobile Cleaning, Recovery, and Recycle System (MCRRS) technology was designed to efficiently clean Navy flight deck surfaces while keeping the landing surface from becoming slick, protecting aircrafts and crews. Over the years, the MCRRS has become more than just a cleaning tool and is now considered by many in the U.S. Navy as a mission critical piece of equipment.
AGC Services Provided
Since 2006, AGC has provided several SBA loans to Triverus to support development of their technology and for working capital to support manufacturing related to their contract with the U.S. Navy.
“We’re excited to show that state-of-the-art manufacturing is happening in Alaska. Triverus started in a garage in 2001 – from that level we’ve been able to develop into a successful company creating important tools the U.S. Navy and others use every day. The loans and support we’ve received from Alaska Growth Capital have been instrumental in being able to meet our goals!”
