Michelle Adams joined McKinley Alaska Growth Capital in 2022. Adams brings extensive experience in loan processing to the Company, with over ten years in the industry. Adams has also worked for the State of Alaska, as a licensed realtor, and as manager of her family’s small business. Her work experience, paired with additional training in business management, makes Adams a valuable contributor to the MAGC team.

Joy Riley
Joy Riley joined MAGC in 2021. Prior to joining MAGC, she was a Loan Assistant for First National Bank Alaska where she processed consumer and commercial loans. Riley has worked in the financial industry for more than 15 years in both bank operations and lending. Riley has a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Troy University with an emphasis in Human Resource Management.
Cody Beech
Cody Beech joined Alaska Growth Capital as a Commercial Loan Officer in 2019. Previously a resident of California, Beech has spent her entire career in the banking industry, with experience in retail banking and commercial lending. She has a bachelor’s degree from University of California, Irvine, and received her master’s degree in Business Administration from Brandman University.
Jennifer Snodgrass
Jennifer Snodgrass has been a Commercial Loan Officer at Alaska Growth Capital since 2018. Born and raised in Alaska, Snodgrass has spent her entire career in banking, working as a consumer loan officer, cash management officer, and a commercial loan officer. She received her bachelor’s degree in Business Management & Administration from Whitworth University. Snodgrass has served as Treasurer and Board Member with the Anchorage East Rotary and as a volunteer for Junior Achievement. She was recognized by the Alaska Journal of Commerce in their 2019 cohort of Top Forty Under 40.
Amanda Jensen
Amanda Jensen began working at Alaska Growth Capital in 2018. She was born and raised in Soldotna, Alaska. She has worked in banking for over twenty years, starting as a teller at First National Bank of Alaska, then moving to the Insurance Unit in Loan Servicing. Jensen’s parents owned a boat shop in Soldotna while she was growing up, which helped her understand small businesses and inspired her to help grow them across the state. Outside of work, she enjoys volunteering with her daughter’s school.
Daryl Lowe
Daryl Lowe joined Alaska Growth Capital in 2017 and brings over 24 years of experience in the banking industry. He was born and raised in Alaska and received his bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Alaska Anchorage. Lowe’s work experience includes consumer lending, branch management, small business lending, commercial lending, and construction finance. Lowe has been a Rotarian for over 15 years and also volunteers for the Scotty Gomez Foundation.
Georgianna Sielak
Georgianna Sielak is the Senior Accountant at Alaska Growth Capital. She was born and raised in Alaska, and her family is from Utqiagvik. Sielak has been with MAGC since 2015, working for Arctic Slope Regional Corporation (ASRC) and its family of companies since 2011. Prior to MAGC, she worked as a finance intern at ASRC Energy Services and was on ASRC’s Intern Board of Directors. Sielak has a BBA in both Accounting and Finance from the University of Alaska Anchorage. Sielak is an ASRC shareholder and Arctic Education Foundation (AEF) alumnus. In her time outside of work, she enjoys volunteering for AEF’s annual fundraising events.
Jennifer McLay
Jennifer McLay joined Alaska Growth Capital in 2013 as a commercial loan officer. McLay has over 25 years of experience in the financial services industry and was a business and commercial lender for Wells Fargo Bank prior to joining Alaska Growth Capital.
